Researchers studying a gaggle of women on a 12-month
weight-loss program discovered those who had been most diligent with their food
journals lost the most weight. “Anecdotally, dietitians in finding that after
their clients recording what they devour
in a food diary, they have an inclination to devour much less junk,” authorised
practising dietitian Jemma O’Hanlon says.
